Hello everyone!
Today I will talk about the things I do so I can desesterarme. Stress is not a problem that happens to me in my daily life, however I tend to get stressed when I'm under pressure, usually when I'm finishing the semester.
To avoid stress, I do activities that are not related to the university and that are to my liking.
I try to go out and do activities that are to my liking and at the same time I can distract.
Among the things that I do to desesterarme, is the dance. Since 4 years ago, dance has helped me to avoid this kind of problems, and for that reason I danced twice a week.
Another activity that has been very helpful is reading. I like it a lot and I relax when I do it, I like any type of book.
Finally, the music helps me a lot to relegate me. That's why for a couple of months, I started playing the saxophone. I think it's a great instrument and it sounds amazing!
