Hello everyone! This week I will talk about a bouquet that I like very much. I must say that this semester I took a cfg, which is called "from the universe to the earth, Chilean cueca". although I took this course with two purposes, one of them was to leave immediately with the process of taking a cfg, and the second is because I feel a certain affinity and I like the cueca, which I found entertaining that there was a branch of it.  This course has surprised me, because we have seen the cueca from various angles, and how it has influenced our lives, our construction as "Chilean identity", and that this in turn has had a lot of influence, not only on the identity and culture, but also in politics, the worldview, among others. In the course they have not taught how to compose cueca, and how through this one can tell a story in just a couple of verses, which I must say is difficult. Hello everyone!  Today I will talk about an expert whom I admire, within the field of Social Work. In relation to this, I must say that I do not have any professional that is of my influence or admire completely, because I have not yet investigated or been instructed in the subject, however, I must say that more than for one particular person, I feel admiration for the Social Work Collective. The Collective of Social Work (The Social Work Collective) , arises in a context of full military dictatorship in Chile, a fact that marked a change in the structure of social organization, ie, there was a violation of human rights, censorship, prohibition of people’s agroupations, etc. And an institutional shift of professionals, especially social workers. Hello everyone! Today I will talk about the things I do so I can desesterarme. Stress is not a problem that happens to me in my daily life, however I tend to get stressed when I'm under pressure, usually when I'm finishing the semester. To avoid stress, I do activities that are not related to the university and that are to my liking. I try to go out and do activities that are to my liking and at the same time I can distract. Among the things that I do to desesterarme, is the dance. Since 4 years ago, dance has helped me to avoid this kind of problems, and for that reason I danced twice a week. Another activity that has been very helpful is reading. I like it a lot and I relax when I do it, I like any type of book. Finally, the music helps me a lot to relegate me. That's why for a couple of months, I started playing the saxophone. I think it's a great instrument and it sounds amazing! regards!
